As part of Government’s plans to minimize the rate at which persons with disabilities seek for help from others it took it upon it self to support such people through the District Assemblies with the Help of the Social Welfare and Community Development department. Funds are distributed to assemblies which are to be given to persons with disabilities to support them in their chosen fields; education, apprenticeship, expansion of business or a business start up.
